Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Do you have any retail locations?: A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
Q: Which Shipping options are available?: A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. For drop or bulk shipping and wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us if you want to order more than 100 dresses. Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?: A: You will not be charged any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself. For more details, please visit Customs & Tax in full.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

My daughter picked this out for her 7th grade semi formal dance. She normally wears a medium so I ordered that and a large. Both fit her but she felt the medium was too short so this is the large on her. The color is more of a teal than the stock photo depicts but it’s very pretty either way. Price is decent for the occasion. Would recommend!

The dress can be pulled down to be longer but I will say it would ride up as you move. I purchased the white dress im a medium and am very happy I did! Hope this helps ya all!! GET IT tho!!

I wore this dress for my sorority formal and received many compliments. I\'m 5\'6 and weigh 130-135 lbs and I ordered a size small. I was nervous that I would need a medium because I have somewhat broad shoulders, but this dress had a lot of stretch and fit me perfectly! Great purchase and nice quality. It\'s fairly soft and is long, so it would definitely work for someone who is taller than me by several inches. If you want it to be shorter however, it\'s very easy to bunch up a little at the bottom without it being noticeable.
