Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Which Shipping options are available?: A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?: A: You will not be charged any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself. For more details, please visit Customs & Tax in full.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

My step-daughter wore this for her winter formal and it was just as described. She’s a beautiful girl and would look amazing in a potato sack so any dress would be beautiful on her, but this dress fit as expected and she was very happy.

okay so i was kind of scared because i had a dance and this dress was my only option, but it totally was worth the money ! it\'s so cute and i will be wearing it again in the future. the sleeves are thin and breathable but aren\'t completely sheer so they still appear as black as the rest of the dress. i\'m 5\'3 and weigh around 125. i\'m typically a size small or 4, and i ordered a small for this dress. when i first put it on, the dress reached around my knees, but moving around it quickly rode up to the height you can see in the pictures. it\'s kind of cool though because you can like customize the length. also it has ruching on the sides which is super cute, and ruching like on the butt which i thought i wouldn\'t like but it\'s barely noticeable and lowkey helps make you look snatched. also multiple people thought i bought this from princess polly so purr princess polly dupe

Loveeed this dress! I ordered this 2 days before my wedding and wore it to my dinner reception. Shipping is fast and the dress is super comfortable, stretchy and flattering! I’m 5’3 about 130lb with a slim curvy athletic build and got a small. We had a buffet dinner and this dress definitely hides the bloat, it’s perfect for all body types.

I am a size 14, 5ft 4in. I ordered a size XL and it fit great. I\'m fairly proportional too to bottom. You can wear the sleeves over shoulder or under. So cute both ways. I\'m self conscious about my arms but this dress really camouflages the bigger arms because the sleeves are wide and a bit flowy. Got many compliments. Size was perfect think it would even stretch to a size 16 if your on the smaller end of 16. Made my husband check for \"see thru\" and he said it was all good even in the sun. Overall recommend. If it had a pocket it\'d be the perfect cocktail dress ??
