Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.

Bought this dress last minute to go to a military ball with my friend. It’s affordable and actually a great dress. I ordered the navy blue, wore silver sparkly heels and felt sparkly lol. You could possible wear a bra but I found I wasn’t able to with the bras I had. The fit was great and didn’t show any “fluff” or rolls. The outside layer is scratchy but it has a second layer on the inside that was silky and smooth.
