Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Do you have any retail locations?: A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
Q: Which Shipping options are available?: A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. For drop or bulk shipping and wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us if you want to order more than 100 dresses. Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?: A: You will not be charged any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself. For more details, please visit Customs & Tax in full.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

I purchased yellow and it was a popular number getting a lot of compliments! The fabric is very nice and the length is roughly down to right above my knees and I am 5’5 making it appropriate for work and also leaving me feeling adorable! it was also comfortable to walk in!

This dress is just what I was looking for. The material does not show through, it is a good quality and has a good length. Once you tie the top is doesn’t go down as much as you think it will so it gives some good coverage. I’m 5’5 foot and weight roughly around 125 and normally I get a medium which is the size I ordered. I could of possibly gotten a small but am still happy with the size I choose since it hits my legs where I want it to. All in all would buy the dress again

I ordered a size medium according to another woman’s review and measurements. I tried to get it on without unzipping it at first and thought I needed a size large. Once unzipped, a medium worked out great. Really a cute, ve Ty versatile dress. I am getting it in the rose red and white as well as the black I already received today. FYI, I’m a 38B & If you tie the top tight, no bra is needed…YAY!!!!

I was wracking my brain trying to find something to wear for my elopement. I tried on many different \'casual\' dresses but were not happy with the fit or the fabric. This fits beautifully and has a nice texture so it doesnt feel super cheap. You\'ll need to steam it to get the wrinkles out, but I am looking forward to wearing this to the courthouse!
