The white/ black/ ivory lace will remain the same if you choose other colors for the dress (this also apply to the dress which the top part and the bottom part are in different colors)

Dresses are usually packed inside out for protection.
Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.
If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.
Q: Is this a legit company?: A: Please, rest assured that our company is both legal and formal. Flormiss.com has been verified by Norton Secured Seal and using HTTPS security protocol. You can pay via PayPal for your order and your payment will be safeguarded. Moreover, you can also look up for real life pictures from our gallery or Facebook page. So we are legit and safe to use.
Q: Do you have any retail locations?: A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
Q: Which Shipping options are available?: A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. For drop or bulk shipping and wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us if you want to order more than 100 dresses. We have great wholesale rates and your trips to our tailor workshops.
Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?: A: You will not be charged any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself. For more details, please visit Customs & Tax in full.
Q: What is your Return & Refund?: A: Currently we offer an easy 7 days return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Please contact us to initiate the returning process. This is our Return & Refund.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.
Q: Which payment options are available?: A: You can pay for your purchase with all major Credit and Debit Card, or place an order with pre-payment and contact our support for available pre-payment option which includes Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram.
