Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Which Shipping options are available?: A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?: A: You will not be charged any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself. For more details, please visit Customs & Tax in full.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

I had to get this dress, it was just so beautiful. I saw the reviews saying the straps fell off within hours of wearing the dress but the straps aren\'t any problem with me. The dress is not see through at all! But I would suggest to size down one because I got a small and it is a bit baggy on me unlike the other dress I got.

I ordered this in red and black before opting for black. Both were great, though the sparkle appeared more subtle in the black which I preferred. My favorite parts about this dress: 1. Comfortable material with subtle sparkle, not scratchy at all. 2. Didn’t ride up even when moving around. 3. Accentuated my curves without being tight or stiff. 4. Sparkle didn’t shed. Fun LBD!

My daughter wore this for her semi formal dance. It was a tad too short for my taste but she loved it. She wore shorts under it quite obviously. She\'s 5\'2\" and 95lbs, we ordered the xs and it was a perfect fit. I would have uploaded a picture but it didn\'t like my format of my pictures I took, so sorry. :)
