Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.
If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

Got this for a formal wedding, and it was comfortable the whole 8+ wedding and reception - wore “spanks-like” undergarment just to hold it all in well. Didn’t have to readjust all the time or worry about sitting - the material gives nicely and is “weighty” so that it lays nicely. Straps are wide enough my bra strap didn’t keep showing. Just an easy to wear, classy looking dress. I’m 5’4” and wear a large (hippy) - length was great with 3” heels.

Just received this dress today and tried it on right away because I wasn’t sure about the size. I am 5’2, size 4, 34C and the small fit perfect! I actually have a little room, so it’s not snug at all plus the material is nice and stretchy. The quality feels better than expected. I will be using this as a bridesmaid dress and can’t wait to show it off.

Took a chance on this dress, fully prepared to return. I was so pleasantly surprised- not only did it fit well, but it was pretty well made. It does not look as inexpensive as it is, for sure! This dress was perfect. I’m 5’ 3” and 135 pounds. I carry my weight in my lower tummy and this was the perfect dress to hide it. It’s comfy and stretchy and the length was great. I didn’t need to alter a thing. Undergarment outlines do show a little, so be mindful of that. I did need to steam it quite a bit.
